About Us

Real Skill Academy is a flagship skill development and vocational training center established in the rural heart of Chhattisgarh with the mission of transforming the lives of unemployed youth. We are situated in Village Kara, near the industrial belt, making it easier for our trainees to connect with potential employment opportunities. Founded on 22 February 2020, the academy was envisioned as a bridge between education and employability, ensuring that even rural youth can access modern skill development without financial barriers.

At Real Skill Academy, training is completely free for all eligible candidates aged 18–35 from surrounding villages. Our programs are designed to provide both technical knowledge and practical experience, so that trainees not only learn the skills but also gain the confidence to apply them in real-world scenarios. Along with professional training, we focus on building soft skills, discipline, and work ethics that employers highly value.

Our mission is to empower rural youth by providing them with high-quality vocational training and connecting them to meaningful employment or self-employment opportunities. We envision a future where every young man and woman in our region is skilled, independent, and capable of contributing to their family’s and community’s economic growth.

We are committed to building a sustainable model where skill development leads to job creation and entrepreneurship, thus reducing unemployment and migration from rural to urban areas. Our goal is to create a skilled workforce that can meet the demands of industries locally and nationally.

Trades & Courses Offered

The academy currently operates three primary vocational training trades, each designed to meet industry requirements and enhance employability:

• Banking & Finance (Tally & GST) – Focused on accounting software training, GST compliance, and bookkeeping skills.
• IT-ITES (Data Entry Operator) – Covers computer fundamentals, typing skills, data management, and office productivity tools.
• Apparel (Self-Employed Tailor) – Practical tailoring training with emphasis on garment design, stitching, and finishing.

Each batch runs for 4 months, accommodating 30 students per trade, with an annual total of 270 beneficiaries. Training schedules are flexible to suit the availability of rural candidates.

Facilities & Support

To ensure accessibility, we provide free transportation for beneficiaries residing within a 5–20 km radius, covering villages like Kara, Bana, Guma, Bendri, Tendua, Hirapur, Urla, Gudheli, Kohadiya, and many others. Our training center is equipped with modern classrooms, industry-standard tools, and spacious work areas for practical learning.

We also maintain strong industry connections to facilitate on-the-job training and job placements. Post-training, our placement cell actively assists students in securing employment or setting up their own ventures.

Extra-Curricular & Development Activities

We believe that holistic development is as important as technical skills. That’s why we organize activities such as:

• Mock job interviews and career counseling sessions
• Awareness programs on health, safety, and entrepreneurship
• Sports and cultural events to promote teamwork and creativity
• Debates, quizzes, and public speaking activities
• Industry visits and guest lectures by professionals
